Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

The issue of refunds, credits or transfers are managed in accordance with that policy.

Consultations and group sessions are delivered by a Registered Nurse who specialises in women’s health and menopause care.
While every effort is made to provide accurate information and guidance, outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances.
These services are not intended to replace medical advice from your GP or healthcare provider.
5. Confidentiality and participant conduct
All personal and health information shared in consultations and group sessions is treated with strict confidentiality.
Participants in group sessions are expected to respect the privacy of others by not sharing or discussing any personal stories, comments or experiences outside of the session.
Menopause Nurse Out Loud reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for anyone who behaves in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful or harmful to others.
