This session is your starting point for clarity and confidence. It’s your time, your space.

We will focus on what matters most to you.
Whether you’re newly navigating perimenopause or deep in the thick of it, this session is designed to meet you where you are.

What we can cover, depending on your unique needs:
• Pre-session intake form including symptom scoring.
• Symptom review and discussion of your current challenges.
• Introductory education on perimenopause / menopause and treatment options.
• Guidance on preparing for GP visits and having the confidence to ask meaningful questions.
• Personalised recommendations for next steps and resources.
You choose the focus — whether that’s understanding your symptoms, exploring treatment options, or simply having a supportive space to talk things through.
This one-on-one session is led by me, a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Child & Family Health Nurse with over 30 years of experience and specialised menopause training through AMS and IMS, this session blends clinical insight with real-life understanding.

About
Support doesn’t stop after the first session.
This follow-up consultation is designed to check in on your progress, answer any new questions, and help you reflect on your GP visit or treatment decisions. It’s a chance to revisit your goals, clarify next steps, and ensure you feel confident moving forward.
Depending on your needs, we may cover:

• Review of your experience since the initial session
• Discussion of your GP visit and any outcomes or concerns
• Adjustments to your personalised plan or resources
• Ongoing support and guidance tailored to your evolving needs.
This session is available as often as you need. Because navigating menopause is an ongoing process, not a single conversation.
The session is led by me, a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Child & Family Health Nurse with specialised menopause training, this session helps you stay informed, empowered, and on track.

These sessions are simply about staying connected and supported as things change. You can use the time to talk through what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re unsure about. It’s a calm space to regain clarity, adjust your plan if needed, and keep moving forward with confidence.

This is your starting point for understanding perimenopause and menopause. This introductory group session is designed to give you clear, evidence‑based information about the menopause transition in a supportive environment. We’ll cover the essentials, answer common questions, and help you feel more confident about what’s happening in your body.

This session is all about making sense of perimenopause and menopause. It’s a relaxed, supportive space where you can learn what’s really going on. Led by a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, it’s designed to give you clarity and confidence.
Who it’s for: Anyone curious about menopause. Whether you’re just starting to notice changes, deep in the thick of it, or simply want to understand what’s ahead. Partners are welcome to book also. This is a great way to learn together.
Why it matters
When you understand what’s going on in your body, things start to feel less confusing and more manageable. This session gives you the basics so you can feel more confident, speak up about what you’re experiencing, and work with your healthcare provider to find what’s right for you.

Every woman’s experience of menopause is unique, and personalised guidance requires a one-on-one consultation where we can explore your health history, symptoms, and specific needs in depth.​​​

We’ll kick things off with a quick refresher, but we won’t be going over everything from the first session again—so we can make the most of our time together and build on what you already know. That way, you’ll get the full benefit of this deeper workshop. Partners are welcome to book for this session also.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel your One-on-One appointment up to 48 hours before your session.
If you need to cancel after this time, regrettably the booking fee will be forfeited, as the booking time was set aside especially for you.​​

If you’re unwell or facing unexpected circumstances, please reach out.​ I will always do my best to accommodate.

Group sessions

Group sessions are small, personal, and carefully planned to create a supportive learning environment.
Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable. This is because costs such as room hire and materials are committed in advance to ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees.

However, I understand that plans can change so we have the following options available for you:
