Founded by a Registered Nurse with specialties in Midwifery and Child & Family Health, I combine clinical knowledge with compassionate care to guide women through this life transition.

Who is this service for?

My services are designed for women navigating all aspects of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause who are seeking clarity, education and empathic support. I also welcome partners and family members who want to better understand and support their loved ones.

What makes Menopause Nurse Out Loud different?

I blend clinical expertise with emotional intelligence to offer support that’s both informed and deeply human.

My approach is grounded, non-judgmental, and tailored to each woman’s individual experience.

I meet you where you are—with clarity, compassion and care so you feel seen, heard and empowered every step of the way.

Is the menopause consultation flexible to cover whatever my specific needs are?

Yes. At Menopause Nurse Out Loud, your consultation is tailored entirely to your unique experience. Whether you're dealing with physical symptoms like hot flushes or sleep issues, mood changes, or just feeling unsure about what’s happening in your body, I meet you where you are.

Is your advice medically backed?

Absolutely! I draw on reputable sources such as the Australasian Menopause Society (AMS), Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, and the International Menopause Society (IMS). My goal is to demystify menopause using the latest research and clinical guidelines.

One-on-one appointments:

I understand that life can be unpredictable and that unexpected things can come up.

You can reschedule or cancel your One-on-One appointment up to 48 hours before your session. If you need to cancel after this time, regrettably the booking fee will be forfeited, as the booking time was set aside especially for you.
